PULSE TELCOM – SMS MESSAGING POLICY

This SMS Messaging Policy governs use of Pulse Telcom messaging Services.

1. MESSAGE CONSENT

Customers must obtain express consent before sending SMS or MMS messages.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies by campaign and customer interaction.

3. OPT-IN REQUIREMENTS

Customers must maintain:

• Consent records

• Opt-in confirmations

• Campaign disclosures

• Compliance records

4. OPT-OUT REQUIREMENTS

Recipients may opt out by replying:

STOP

Customers must promptly honor all opt-out requests.

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Prohibited content includes:

• Fraud

• Spam

• Phishing

• Illegal offers

• Deceptive marketing

• Unauthorized messaging

• SHAFT-related content where prohibited

6. CARRIER ENFORCEMENT

Carriers may:

• Block traffic

• Filter messages

• Suspend campaigns

• Audit compliance

• Reject messaging traffic

Pulse Telcom is not responsible for carrier filtering decisions.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining lawful consent

• Honoring opt-outs

• Compliance with messaging laws

• Compliance with carrier policies

• Maintaining accurate disclosures

8. ENFORCEMENT

Pulse Telcom may suspend or terminate messaging Services for:

• Excessive complaints

• Compliance concerns

• Carrier violations

• Fraud indicators

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Pulse Telcom reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
