PULSE TELCOM – TCPA & CONSENT POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Customers using Pulse Telcom Services must comply with all applicable calling, messaging, and telecommunications laws.
1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are solely responsible for:
• Obtaining lawful consent
• Maintaining proof of consent
• Honoring revocations
• DNC compliance
• Campaign compliance
• Compliance with state and federal regulations
2. CONSENT REQUIREMENTS
Customers using prerecorded calls, autodialers, SMS campaigns, ringless voicemail, or automated messaging must maintain legally sufficient consent records.
Required records may include:
• Date and time of consent
• Source URL
• Lead source
• IP address
• Consent language
• Consumer phone number
• Opt-in confirmation records
• Webform screenshots
• Campaign records
3. REVOCATION OF CONSENT
Customers must promptly honor:
• STOP requests
• Opt-outs
• Revocations of consent
• DNC requests
4. AUDITS AND COMPLIANCE REVIEWS
Pulse Telcom reserves the right to:
• Request proof of consent
• Audit campaigns
• Suspend Services pending review
• Require additional documentation
5. CUSTOMER WARRANTIES
Customers represent and warrant that:
• All traffic is lawful
• All required consent exists
• All applicable laws are followed
6. ENFORCEMENT
Failure to maintain legally sufficient consent records may result in:
• Traffic suspension
• Account termination
• Carrier reporting
• Regulatory cooperation
7. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Pulse Telcom does not guarantee that customer campaigns comply with applicable law. Customers remain solely responsible for legal compliance.
