PULSE TELCOM – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of Pulse Telcom Services.
1. PURPOSE
This AUP is intended to protect:
• Consumers
• Telecommunications carriers
• Network integrity
• Regulatory compliance
• Pulse Telcom systems and infrastructure
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Illegal robocalling
• Calling without consent
• SMS spam
• Caller ID spoofing
• Neighbor spoofing
• Phishing
• Fraudulent campaigns
• IRS impersonation
• Government impersonation
• Tech support scams
• Traffic pumping
• SIP attacks
• Malware distribution
• Scam lead generation
• Unauthorized prerecorded calls
• Unlawful debt collection activity
• Harassment
• DDoS attacks
• Network abuse
• Circumvention of carrier policies
3. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
Customers must maintain:
• Consent documentation
• Opt-in records
• Campaign records
• Internal compliance procedures
• DNC compliance procedures
• Consumer complaint handling processes
Records must be provided upon request.
4. TRACEBACK COOPERATION
Pulse Telcom cooperates with:
• Carriers
• Regulators
• Traceback organizations
• Anti-fraud groups
• Law enforcement
Customers must respond promptly to compliance inquiries.
5. NETWORK PROTECTION
Pulse Telcom reserves the right to:
• Block traffic
• Filter traffic
• Reject campaigns
• Suspend accounts
• Modify routing
• Investigate complaints
• Share compliance information with carriers
6. ENFORCEMENT
Violations may result in:
• Immediate suspension
• Account termination
• Traffic blocking
• Carrier reporting
• Regulatory cooperation
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts involving abuse or non-compliance.
7. CUSTOMER LIABILITY
Customers are solely responsible for traffic originated through their accounts.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Pulse Telcom may modify this AUP at any time.
